I started to enjoy Spain since the first time I come. I was felt oppressed by the Spaniard that’s unable to speak English at the first time. But it was a great experience to enjoy the time with all of my Spanish friend and enjoy the Spain itself. My Spanish is not that’s good anyway, but I like how the language works. Today is a great day when I finished the agent based assignment and had walked along to Callao. I saw some stuff to sent to Bolzano and when I went back to home, I pondered this. I walked along from Callao to Plaza de Espana in Madrid, saw how beautiful the sky was. It was sunset at 9 p.m. and the sky was so beautiful. I continued my walk and enjoy Europe main city. I wondered that next year, the condition will be different than now.

I remembered couple years ago when I’m in Junior High School, Senior High School, University student, Work in IT company. I thought that nobody will ever expect that I’ll enjoy this condition. I went to the metro station and still wondered in the way. How God has been so generous in my life. Few years ago, I didn’t have any girlfriend and never think that I’ll get such a beautiful and mature lady.

I continue my journey to home, have my dinner and continue to ponder about God’s grace. His grace has been too good for me. After that, I wonder about the journey of faith. How the grace and faith have carried me until this state. How I feel that God is always be there, even in the most difficult moment. Even that I can’t imagine that I’ve ever passed through them. I faced many difficult times that can make me cry and felt that the only solution is through God.

The last things that I remembered (just remembered when I wrote this post) that this is the fifth month of our relationship (me and Susy). I’ve never wondered that God has been so gracious and so kind. His mercy and His faithfulness are endured forever in our lives. It’s 20 more days until I went back. In the end, I’m enjoyed that I’ve got opportunity to be in Europe, especially Madrid-Spain, it such a wonderful experience and such a great variation in my life.

Legalisir Ijazah dan Transkrip di DepKumHam dan DepLu

Legalisir Ijazah di sekolah atau perguruan tinggi pastinya sudah biasa. Tapi kalau dokumen tersebut di legalisir oleh DepKumHam dan DepLu, ceritanya pasti lain lagi. Yang jelas tidak sesederhana legalisir di sekolah atau di perguruan tinggi.

Siapa sih yang perlu legalisasi semacam ini? Biasanya sih orang-orang yang ingin bersekolah ke Luar Negeri di mana kedutaan atau perwakilan negara tujuan sekolah mewajibkan dokumen ijazah dan transkrip si calon siswa/mahasiswa dilegalisir oleh DepKumHam dan DepLu.

Karena dirasa cukup jelimet dan bisa bikin mumet jadi saya coba catatkan urut-urutan proses legalisasi yang pernah saya jalani belum lama ini.

A. Urutan urus legalisir di DepKumHAM (Departemen Hukum dan Hak Azasi Manusia).

1. Bawa berkas yg sudah dilegalisir oleh perguruan tinggi ke kantor pelayanan Dit Jend Administrasi Hukum Umum (AHU), Direktorat Perdata, Sub. Direktorat Hukum Perdata Umum. Jl. HR Rasuna Said Kav 6-7, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan. Telp. 021-520 2387 pesawat 205/206. (Berseberangan dengan Plaza Pasar Festival). Kantor pelayanan terdapat di lantai dasar gedung AHU, buka dari jam 9.00 pagi sampai jam 15.00 siang.

a. Pastikan berkas dilegalisir oleh pejabat kampus yang contoh tanda-tangannya (mereka menyebut: SPESIMEN TANDATANGAN) sudah ada (terekam/terdaftar) di Depkumham.

b. Jika ragu atau tidak yakin. Tanyakan dahulu ke Depkumham ’siapa pejabat kampus’ di perguruan tinggi anda yang spesimen tanda tangannya sudah ada di sana. Baru mintalah legalisir ke pejabat tersebut.

c. Bagaimana jika semua pejabat dikampus tidak/belum ada spesimen tandatangannya di Depkumham?. ya HARUS DIBUAT.Caranya?

Formalnya spesimen tandatangan untuk keperluan legalisasi dimintakan oleh depkumham melalui surat resmi ditujukan ke pejabat kampus yang melegalisasi dokumen. Kita bisa meminta Depkumham untuk membuatkan surat ini. Terlampir bersama surat ini akan terdapat formulir kosong SPESIMEN TANDATANGAN DAN PARAF yang nantinya di isi oleh pejabat tsb. Formulir ini berisi keterangan NAMA, JABATAN, PARAF, TANDATANGAN & CAP (STEMPEL). Cara ini cukup memerlukan waktu, karena pembuatan surat di Depkumham memerlukan waktu 2-3 hari. Belum lagi proses legalisasi di Depkumham tersebut.
Jalan pintasnya, memangkas lamanya birokrasi ini, caranya : abaikan/lewatkan pembuatan surat dari Depkumham, buat saja sendiri lampiran-nya yaitu formulir yang kira-kira sama dengan yang diminta, buat di kertas A4 lanscape (memanjang kesamping). Beri judul diatasnya ’ SPESIMEN TANDATANGAN DAN PARAF’.

Ajukan form tsb ke pejabat kampus yang melegalisir dokumen anda.
Kalau pejabat kampus adalah PNS, cantumkan di bawah nama ID NIP-nya.
Setelah terisi lengkap bawa form ini ke Depkumham.

2. Ambil nomor antrian di meja informasi, sampaikan kalo mau legalisir. Petugas akan meminta kartu identitas (KTP or SIM dll) untuk ditukarkan dgn kartu tanda tamu di Depkumham sekaligus juga akan memberikan No antrian dan menyilakan anda tunggu panggilan di loket IV (Permohonan Legalisasi). Petugas juga akan meminta anda untuk melengkapi berkas dengan membeli map dan formulir permohonan legalisir di Koperasi Depkumham. Setiap berkas yang akan dilegalisasi di bubuhi materai Rp 6000. Materai bisa di beli di koperasi, satu materai dijual Rp 7000,- . Copy/salin semua berkas yg akan dilegalisasi, untuk dijadikan arsip oleh depkumham.

3. Susun berkas sedimikain rupa (rapi), masukkan dalam map, lalu serahkan ke loket IV. (tunggu panggilan)

4. Petugas menerima berkas, kemudian petugas akan cheking dan menanyakan apakah pejabat yg dari perguruan tinggi anda spesimen tandatangannya sudah ’terekam’ di depkumham?. Kalo ’memang sudah ada’, petugas akan memberikan tanda terima, berkas akan di proses selama 2 hari kerja. Jika ’belum ada’ , berikan spesimen tanda tangan yang saya jelas kan di bagian 1 c ke petugas tersebut.

5. Di lusa kemudian, ambil nomor antri, serahkan tanda terima ke petugas ke loket legalisasi (IV). Petugas akan cek berkas, jika dinyatakan OK (sudah dilegalisasi), anda diminta membayar bea legalisasi ke Bank BNI (ada di Depkumham). Satu dokumen dikenakan bea Rp. 10.000,-. plus Rp 5000,- (biaya administrasi untuk semua berkas). Jadi kalo anda punya 4 (empat) berkas anda harus membayar Rp. 45.000,-

6. Datang lagi ke loket IV, serahkan bukti pembayaran dari bank, berkas legalisasi pun akan diserahkan.. (selesai).

B. Urutan urus legalisir di Deplu (Departemen Luar Negeri)

1. Legalisasi dilakukan di Direktorat Konsuler – Deplu (bagian pelayanan – di lantai dasar). Alamatnya di Jalan Pejambon No 6. Jakarta Pusat. Telp. 021 – 344 1508 (sentral). Jalan Pejambon terletak di seberang stasiun Gambir. Layanan dibuka dari jam 9.30 – 16.00. Syarat : dokumen sebelumnya harus sudah dilegalisasi oleh DepKumHam.

2. Lapor ke meja informasi, petugas akan mengarahkan untuk melengkapi dokumen dengan surat permohonan (form permohonan disediakan), map dan salinan dokumen (untuk arsip). Petugas sekaligus juga akan memberikan No urut antrian dan menyilakan antri di loket 2 (bagian Visa dan Legalisasi). Bayar fotokopi dokumen dan map kepada petugas tersebut.

3. Serahkan berkas (sudah tersusun rapi dalam map) ke loket 2, petugas di loket 2 akan mengecek dan memberikan tanda terima sekaligus juga sebagai kwitansi pembayaran. Setiap satu dokumen dikenakan biaya Rp. 10.000,-. . Pembayaran langsung dilakukan di loket tersebut. Dokumen akan di proses dalam 2 hari kerja.

4. Dua hari kemudian, datang dan ambil dokumen dengan bukti pembayaran di loket no 2. Jadi deh legalisir dr Deplu.

Sekedar tambahan catatan saja, ketika saya mengurus di Depkumham tidak ada keterangan yang jelas bagimana alur mengurus legalisasi ini (tak ada diagram alur pengurusan yang terpampang di dinding, termasuk syarat2nya). Akan membuat bingung untuk orang baru seperti saya saat itu. Mumet. Mesti tanya sana-sini, bolak balik legalisir ke kampus lama dan pastinya buang-buang waktu yang semestinya untuk jaman secanggih ini gak perlu terjadi. Beda rasanya jika dibandingan dengan proses pengurusan paspor di imigrasi, semua tertera jelas di sana. Khusus untuk di DepLu jika tergesa-gesa, setelah segalanya beres tanyakan ke petugas loket 2 bisakah dokumen hasil selesai besok. Jika datang cukup pagi, ada kemungkinan anda beruntung, petugas akan menyilahkan anda untuk mengambil hasil ke-esokannya. Lumayan menghemat waktu 1 hari.

First Update about My Starting Month in 2010

Before I start to tell you another story. I want to begin to tell story about myself. About what God has done in my life on January 2010. It was a fantastic month. It began with trip to Portugal, then made up with my girlfriend, doing some exam and presentation, find a youth bible study group, and enjoyed ev’rything that I got. I would like to emphasize about the second one. I just feel that it’s the greatest time in my life that we finally made up. I realy thankful that God has given me such a great best friend in my life. Each of day, I begin to love her and begin to enjoy our relationship. I’ll tell you the complete story later, but I before that I want to show about the steak that I’ve made.

Comeback again

Since I come to Spain, there’s a lot of things that happened. What a great God and He really likes to surprise me and prepare me for

Few weeks ago, on 5th June 2009, there was a great things that happened in my life. It was like another Friday, until 11.30 PM, I heard a big shouting from my parents’ room.

My father was unconscious. It made my family panic and tried to call him. I called an ambulance to bring my father to the hospital. At the hospital, the doctor said that my father’s pituitary gland is broken. It was caused by aneurysm that’s broken caused pituitary becomes thinner. My father was carried to ICU section. My father was held by ICU doctor, neurologist, and special neurologist surgery.The ICU doctor told us to call all family member and prepare for the worst thing. The neurologist explain to us about the possibility cause of the problem.

The special neurologist surgery gave us a good news. He said that my father had hope to survive. We had to move him to hospital headquarter in Karawaci. After I received that good news from the last doctor, I arranged my father movement to hospital headquarter. They prepared all of the tools, doctor, medicine, and ambulance for this movement.

At hospital headquarter in Karawaci, I received bad news from neurologist team. They said that my father conciousness value is too small for going surgery. They suggest me to let my father go. Because it wasn’t any hope. When all of my family heard about it, we are very sad. I decided to take my family out of ICU room and pray. In my prayer, I asked for my father life.

After half an hour, we called by neurologist team, they said that my father was moving his hand and the conciousness value has raised and they were ready to do surgery on my father brain. The surgery was prepared and the neurogist team had prepared the surgery room. The surgery takes 10 and half hours, from 11.30 AM until 10.00 PM.

At 05.30 PM, the neurologist team leader call us and told that the surgery has been succeeded. All of our family were thankfull to God and we continue to wait until my father come out from surgery room. At 10.00 PM, my father was moved to ICU room.

Few days later, we saw many recovery progress from my father. At 24st June 2009, my father was able to go home. I’m thankfull that his recovery has been very fast. Thanks for all supports and prays from my friends.

untuk buat surat SKCK, harus ke kapolda terdekat (di samsat juga boleh sebagai surat pengantar)
untuk membuat surat pengantar kapolda, membawa:
- fotocopy ktp,
- foto 4×6 3 lembar berwarna berkerah,
- fotocopy kk,
- fotocopy passport,
- fotocopy akta lahir,
- surat pengantar kelurahan, rt, rw

di kapolda akan ada cap jari dan proses administrasi.

setelah itu pergi ke mabes dengan
- surat pengantar tersebut,
- fotocopy ktp,
- foto 4×6 3 lembar berwarna berkerah,
- fotocopy kk,
- fotocopy passport,
- fotocopy akta lahir.
Proses-nya cepat, paling lama 2 jam setahu saya tidak bisa diwakilkan (coba tanya langsung) – kalau diwakilkan bayar.
kalau urus sendiri TIDAK dipungut biaya sama sekali (bahkan ditulis gratis di ruangan depan-nya).
mereka punya SLA 1 hari harus kelar. Output-nya langsung bahasa Inggris

Struggle For Your Life

Few weeks ago, before new year, I received challenge from my friend. The challenge was to lead a small group. I was doubt whether I’m able to handle it. After new year, she contacted me to follow up the group. At this time, I’m sure that I shouldn’t take it. I don’t know why, but my pray lead me to ‘NO’ answer. I really struggle when I’m thinking of handle the group, but before I answered ‘NO’, I found few problems behind the challenge.

Few days before I answered, I got a ‘bitter’ answer from the other friend about something that we’ve prayed together. That answer really ‘hit’ me. It made me sad. Eventhough, God give me strength through His Word in Roman 8:28-30. That God is works in “every circumstances” for our goodness. It made me strong and made me struggle for my life.

Last but not least, last day, my bos gave me a pre-sales job. I was exiting about it. I have to learn an ‘uncertain things’ in sales world. I had to keep try to find a ‘good word’ to present a good proposal. We worked ’till morning and in whole night every part of the proposal was made. We finished at 06.00 AM in the morning and sent the proposal to our office.

From these last three situations, I learn about struggling in my life. I learn that life is not being just ‘life’ and having all done. But a better living is about struggling and realizing that God is walk beside you. My title here means that struggling makes you life on a true living. Gbu all.
